To match you with deals that fit your buy box, send transactional and marketing communications, verify buyer eligibility, and improve the platform.
3. Who we share with
Service providers operating on our behalf (hosting, email/SMS delivery, analytics) under confidentiality. We do not sell buyer data.
4. SMS / TCPA consent
By providing your phone number you agree to receive transactional and marketing texts from Ascend REIS at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
5. Proof of funds
POF documents are stored in a private bucket viewable only by Ascend admins. They are never shared with sellers or third parties without your express permission.
6. Cookies and tracking
We use first-party cookies for authentication and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features may not work.
7. Data retention
Account data is retained for the life of your account. POF documents may be retained for 24 months after submission for compliance review.
8. Your rights
