Our story
Built by investors who got tired of bad data.
Ascend REIS exists for one reason: serious buyers deserve clean inventory, real numbers, and a fair shot at off-market opportunities, without sifting through retail noise.
Our promise
No fluffy listings. No inflated ARVs. We publish what we would buy ourselves, and the condition report to back it up. Every deal on Ascend is underwritten the way we underwrite our own acquisitions, because we are investors too.
Markets
Launch markets: New Mexico, Arizona, and Nevada.
New markets are added automatically as deals go live.
New markets are onboarded by buyer demand. This list updates automatically as we publish deals in new locations.
The team
Graham leads disposition at Ascend, the person buyers work with to find, evaluate, and close the right deal. He brings a deep business and managerial background across multiple industries, paired with extensive real estate experience. An active investor and flipper himself, Graham understands both sides of the table, which is why he is relentless about getting buyers clean information and a straight answer. His focus is simple: match serious buyers with deals that actually pencil.
Corina works directly with buyers to move deals from interest to close, keeping the process clear, responsive, and grounded in real numbers. She holds a Master's degree and brings that same rigor to every transaction, plus the practical perspective of an active real estate investor and flipper. Buyers appreciate that she has actually done the work she is helping them do.
Kyle leads underwriting at Ascend, the discipline that decides which deals make it onto the platform. Real estate is in his blood: both of his parents were licensed agents starting in 1977, and Kyle followed in 2013, building a career as both a licensed professional and an active investor. Over more than a decade he has completed transactions in over 40 states and flipped properties of his own. That breadth is why Ascend's numbers are conservative, honest, and built to hold up under scrutiny.
